Fromagerie Antoine OTTAVI is a cheese manufacturer located in the Fium’Orbu region. It was set up in 1948 by a pastoral family who kept and grazed sheep. The family had a craft workshop that allowed them to process sheep or goats’ milk from other farmers in addition to their own production. Today, a third generation of the Ottavi family is conserving their ancestral tradition of both livestock farming and cheese manufacturing.
